Add a prominent label to flights that require a full-runway takeoff upon landing

In actual operations, flights that require a full-runway takeoff after landing must proactively notify the air traffic controller so that the controller can arrange appropriate separation. It is recommended that a prominent indicator be added in the game and that this be reflected in ground-to-air communications to facilitate the controller’s instructions.
