You should be able to do things while the planes are speaking

Right now, when an airplane is talking, you can’t do anything with other planes on that channel. (By “channel” I mean GND/TWR/etc.) You should be able to queue up at least one action that you will take once the plane finishes speaking on the radio. Right now, planes can basically “stun-lock” you by talking on the radio; you can’t even choose a taxi route to submit once the current plane finishes talking. The game would feel much better to play if you weren’t constantly blocked like this.
