有的小机场（或者是以前的机场）是没有地面雷达的。全靠管制员的目视与无线电通信引导。
以此增加难度与挑战性。
同时，对于大雾等能见度极低区域，难度与挑战性将倍增（饺子醋是联合1448号航班）
