Slider to reduce communication time

Make a slider that goes from 0 to 100%, to decrease the communication time between ATC and plane. 0 would be instant communication (no delay between communications) and 100 would be normal communication speed.

This would be very useful in high traffic, because it is a bit frustrating to have to wait.
