All aircraft entering the runway must obtain clearance

When updating the taxi route on the ground, if the route crosses the runway, the aircraft should stop and request clearance before entering the runway.

As shown in the figure: After updating the path and turning around to enter the runway from the high-speed taxiway, the pilot did not stop to request clearance, resulting in a runway incursion.
