Radio Discipline is really poor

The only real PROBLEM I feel there is with the radio system is the constant talking over the ATC.

For example, you have 2 planes (Plane A & Plane B) that have just pushed back, let’s say Plane A requests to taxi, then instantly after that one, plane B also requests to taxi, we should be given a set amount of seconds to reply to plane A BEFORE plane B then requests permission. Maybe even making the set amount of seconds configurable to the user would be a good feature?
