Open / Close Runways

You should be able open and close runways, it would be helpful for when times are slow or extremely busy, which would be another useful feature, a more random time of busy or slow timeframe. I have tried with everything minimum as far as aircraft turnaround time and spacing between flights and it’s still a little slow. Also, the ability to change incoming aircrafts landing runway would be helpful. Essentially having total control of the airport would be nice and I feel like a little more control of the airport would enhance the gameplay.
