Suggestions for Work Order Notifications

Originally, all messages had red dot notifications, but now notifications for non-urgent messages have been removed—only messages that require an immediate response will have a red dot notification.

However, there are now absolutely no notifications for messages that don’t require an immediate response. In particular, within 0.3 of takeoff, there’s a procedure to contact the control tower. Without any notification at all, it’s easy to forget this step. This could lead to a situation where you only remember once you’re already on the runway, forcing you to simultaneously follow the procedure to contact the control tower and then wait for tower clearance.I suggest implementing message notifications for situations like this as well. Alternatively, a new color for message notifications could be introduced—such as a green or white dot—specifically to alert pilots to procedural messages that do not require an immediate response but must still be followed.
