Recommendation: Improve the allocation method for quotas

For extra-large international airports (such as ZGGG, ZSPD, and other large multi-runway airports), a separate control system is implemented to prevent delays in command and coordination during operations.

For example, at Pudong, based on standard configuration, there should be 1 departure control position, 1 apron control position (responsible for pushback and taxiing), 2 ground control positions (divided into south and north ground control), and 3 tower control positions (north tower, south tower, and a backup position).

It is recommended that, after selecting an airport and a time, a three-level submenu for selecting positions (control areas) be added for extra-large airports, making it easier to choose the appropriate role for control.
