[Procedure] Time for Resuming Flight/Contacting Ground Control to Send Commands

In the current version, the go-around command can be issued at any time between “initial contact” and “before touchdown.” The option to issue a go-around command is disabled when the aircraft is at an excessively low altitude (e.g., below 200 ft, such as after an autonomous go-around following the “runway clearance determination point”).

Additionally, in the current version, the “Contact Ground” command can be issued immediately after touchdown. Should we consider delaying this command so that the “Contact Ground” prompt appears when the aircraft is about to enter the rapid exit lane (or slightly earlier)?
