ZSJN - Peak Departure - Balance

I completed all tasks with a fast response and received a B for completed tasks and therefore an S for the level, instead of S+ for both. Also to rebalance, move some departures to runway 16R or 15. Vast majority default to 16L clogging up that runway, making it impossible to depart all the planes.
