UI: The distinction between in-game pause and time freeze is unclear

There are two pause mechanisms in the game: pressing the ESC key pauses the game and brings up a menu; using the spacebar or the speed control component pauses the game.
The practical effects of these two pause methods are vastly different: the former locks all in-game UI elements and camera controls, while the latter does not.
However, the visual differences between them are minimal, making it nearly impossible to distinguish between the two. As a result, players struggle to determine which pause mode is currently active, preventing them from quickly selecting the correct method to resume gameplay.
We recommend modifying the ESC key pause UI by adding a global overlay and centering the relevant action buttons to clearly indicate that all UI elements are locked and the game is in the pause menu.
