Level Erorr

In the third level of the ATC Tutorial the first plane that is landing jus crashes into the plane that is standing at the end of the runway and you can not change anything about the outcome. Is this a mistake or is it just my game that has this bug? Heres also a Screenshot of how that level ends for me.
