How to Reproduce

When B is about to approach the runway, have A wait inside the runway. Then, when B's wheels touch down around the midpoint, have A take off. At this moment, B will fly over A, causing A to get stuck at the runway threshold. A becomes unresponsive to commands and remains motionless. If C then arrives and collides with A, the game ends.
