Dead lock situation with 2 planes

I would like to report a bug, that happens quite often: When one plane is in the way of the pushback at the time the pushback was approved, that creates a dead locked situation where the pushback plane does not accept new commands and the plane on the taxiway does not move although the way is not blocked yet. In this case, the pushback plane didn't move an inch yet, but still the taxiway seems blocked.
