Interrupted radio communication prevented the tutorial from continuing

In Level 3 of the tutorial, if you issue a "clear for departure" command to CHH8765 just before ordering CES5678 to go around, the radio channel will be occupied, and the forced hold will prevent you from issuing a go-around command to CES.
