In order to better collect and handle your feedback and improve communication efficiency, we have made some adjustments to the Feedback Center. Below are the details of this update:

Disabling Anonymous Posting

We have disabled anonymous posting to better follow up on issues raised. This way, if we need more details, we can contact you directly; and when the status of your feedback changes (such as being scheduled or awaiting release), we can notify you promptly.

Feedback Boards Adjustment

Based on past experience, we found that choosing the appropriate boards for feedback posts has been confusing for some and hasn’t always served its purpose. Therefore, we have redefined the boards into the following:

• Found Bug: Issues that seem abnormal, illogical, or malfunctioning

• Poor Experience: Areas that need improvement to enhance the user experience

• Feature Proposals: New features, ideas, or suggestions

• Airport Proposals: New airports you would like to see

We kindly ask that you select the most appropriate boards when submitting your feedback.
