Runway incursion distance & Expediate takeoff

I don’t know about Chinese airports, but for U.S. airports it’s totally unrealistic to get runway incursion penalty when arriving airplane is still 3 miles away on final. Also, U.S. controllers often issue “traffic on four mile final, with no delay cleared for takeoff.” and some pilots would perform rolling takeoff. Hope this becomes a feature in the game.
