Back when I was assigning parking stands for China Eastern Airlines at PVG, it was common for changes to occur due to the need to coordinate gate utilization rates and connection times, aircraft entering or exiting the maintenance apron for maintenance or repairs, or dispatchers changing the aircraft scheduled for a flight. This often resulted in changes to gate assignments, aircraft towing, or self-taxiing between stands. Should these scenarios also be included?
