Manually configure the content displayed by the scene radar

Currently, the radar window displays a wide variety of information, which can interfere with operations in levels with a high density of aircraft. We recommend allowing some of this information to be manually toggled on or off; for example, call sign labels could be switched between detailed and concise views, and active runway exit markers could be turned on or off.
