Issue with Status Logging for Runway Crossing Permits

Under the current design, the system collects the necessary runway crossing permits based on the planned route; however, the status of these permits is not reset when the route is re-planned. For example, if crossing a particular runway is permitted on the initially planned route, and the route is subsequently changed so that the same runway is crossed at a different intersection, there is no need to reapply for a permit—which feels somewhat counterintuitive.Furthermore, if the vehicle shifts to reverse while waiting to cross at an intersection, it may become stuck in place due to the lack of a crossing permit.
